You must be 18 years or older and legally able to enter binding contracts in your jurisdiction. Some protocols described on this site are not available in all states or countries.
Free, Explorer, and Elite memberships are described on the pricing page. Memberships auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your dashboard with no fee.
ONEMED does not establish a doctor-patient relationship, does not practice medicine, and does not provide medical advice. Treatment decisions are made between you and licensed clinicians at our partner clinics — never by ONEMED itself.
Educational and protocol content on the platform is curated by our medical advisory board but is informational only. We do not guarantee clinical outcomes. Outcomes shared in testimonials are individual experiences and do not represent typical results.
We treat your health information as the sensitive material it is. All data — biomarkers, regimens, wearable streams, scans, messages, and any clinical results uploaded to your profile — is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), with least-privilege access controls, audit logging, and continuous monitoring. We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your identifiable health information with advertisers.
ONEMED partners with VaultCyberLabs (vaultcyberlabs.com) to continuously enhance our security posture — including penetration testing, vulnerability management, secure code review, and infrastructure hardening — so the platform meets or exceeds the standards expected of a modern health-data service.
All software, protocols, training plans, content libraries, educational material, brand assets, and underlying systems powering ONEMED — including any algorithms, models, recommendation engines, and derivative datasets we create from aggregated and de-identified member activity — are the exclusive property of One Long Life, Inc. and its affiliates, protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
By using the platform you grant ONEMED a worldwide, royalty-free license to process, analyze, store, and aggregate information you submit (including biomarker, regimen, training, scan, wearable, and outcome data) in order to: (a) operate, secure, and support the service; (b) personalize your experience and improve recommendations; (c) measure and improve customer outcomes; (d) train, evaluate, and refine our internal models and protocols using de-identified or aggregated data; and (e) publish anonymized research insights. We will not use identifiable health information to train external third-party AI models.
You retain ownership of your raw underlying personal health records. You may export your data and revoke consent for non-essential processing at any time from your dashboard.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, One Long Life, Inc. and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced by email and on the homepage. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
