ONEMED is a brand operated by One Long Life, Inc. We provide a concierge platform for regenerative-medicine education, clinic matching, and longevity tracking. We are not a medical provider.
Account information you provide (name, email, phone, country), voluntary health-goal preferences, optional wearable / biomarker data you sync, and standard analytics on how you use the site (pages viewed, referring source, device type).
To match you with appropriate clinics and protocols, to deliver the services you’ve requested (audits, coordinator outreach, membership), to improve the platform, and to communicate service-related updates. We do not sell personal data.
With clinics or coordinators only when you explicitly authorize outreach for a specific consultation. With infrastructure providers (hosting, analytics, payments) under standard data-processing agreements. With law enforcement when legally required.
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing privacy@onelonglife.com. We honor verified deletion requests within 30 days, except where retention is legally required (e.g., financial records).
We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Sensitive health data is stored under HIPAA-aligned controls with audit logging.
